Blackhills’ Bison was created from a field sketching I did this fall while watching some young bulls hanging around a huge old bull. The bison and landscape is carved into the clay and finished with an underglaze rub and clear glaze. The rim has three glazes painted on it. 
Measures: 12.25 inches x 6 inches
