Bowl was thrown on my wheel using a stone cream clay body. Then with my fingers I created the finger holds for pouring. Once the clay was leather hard in drying I carved the trees, bear and mountains. After the bisque firing and prepping for glazing I hand painted the three different South Dakota Potters glazes - Earth Green & Blue plus vanilla .  And scrubbed and hand painted the areas where I carved. 
This bowl holds 22 ozs  5.5” diameter and stands 3.50” tall.
