This is a slab created mug which means I hand rolled the clay into a slab then cut out the wall of the mug. Then I designed the wall with a roller print 3D stamp to embed them into the clay. After drying to leather hardness I pulled the handle and created the thumb button. Once bisque fired I scrub the outside wall with underglazes. Around and inside the 3 D print I painted Mayco's Cenote Glaze. On the rim a bit of a flux so it would run a little.
